We are sorry to inform you that British lepidopterologist, Barry Goater, a long-standing member of Forum Herbulot passed away on 23 July, 2022 at the age of 92 years old. Barry was not only a well-known lepidopterist, but also a great teacher and supportive editor, who edited many manuscripts (including several important book series (e.g, British Pyralid Moths, Noctuidae Europaeae, Microlepidoptera of Europe, Moths of Africa, etc.).
